These terms and conditions, as may be improved later and applied to all our services, both directly or indirectly, are for public share. When you have completed a reservation and your future guests’ visit, you acknowledge and agree follow the conditions specified below.

II. Applicable Law and regulation
Vismaya Suvarnabhumi is the hotel located in the Kingdom of Thailand, which has been operated under the Ministry of Public health. Request for non-smoking in any rooms except the smoking area provided. Any violation may subject to fine up to THB2000 duly the royal Thai law statement.
III. Terms & Conditions
Guest Room policy
Guest must be a majority personal the age of 18 or above. Any minor person lower than 18 years old will be accompanied by the adult.
Baby cots are reserved upon the advance request and subject to availability.
Guest policy & Room occupancy
Children lower than 7 years are to stay by using existing bed. Individual age’s above7 are considered in an adult rate.
Room occupancy is strictly limited by hotel’s requirement. Maximum 2 people are allowed in Double or Twin room and maximum 3 people in Triple room.
The extra bed will be only added for Double room type. It will not be applicable to Separate Twin bed.
The hotel reserves the rights to accept only Dog guide by prior to inform the hotel in advance
Complement & Additional requests
Early check-in or late check-out is offered for an availability. Extra charge may be considered as THB200.- per hour.
No-showing, Amendment & Cancellation policy
No-showing or late notification with less than 72-hour prior to arrival date will be charged 100% of booking.
Any amendment and cancellation could be given in prepared document (Fax or E-mail) prior to 7-day in advance without charge.
Non-refundable booking will not be applied.
Damage policy
Any loses and founds will not be responsible herein after check-out. We will keep all matters up to 24-hour. In case the guest cannot take it back by themselves, any delivering and related fee will be paid by the guest throughout.
Any damage of improvidence matter by guest during stayed will be appropriate charge in actual hotel rate.
Payment method
The payment must be made by cash or a major credit card, preferred VISA and MasterCard in Thai baht (THB).
In term of reservation guaranteed by the credit card, the referred register and the check-in guest must be the same person. The guest is requested to show the major credit card and confirm the identity on the check-in date.
